Little Red Riding Hood – The Tale You Thought You Knew

Through the American Library Association’s Louise Seaman Bechtel Fellowship, Angela Reynolds, a Nova Scotian librarian, was able to complete some stunning research on the legendary fairy tale, Little Red Riding Hood. The versions that Reynolds uncovered had such disparate discoveries as “cannibalism, financial planning, and magical wasps.” Reynolds telling her story in her own words:
